We do not bill any subscription fees until your data is on our system and you have approved the migration. AI does the import in a chat. After the data lands you can view records and run reports. You cannot post new work until you approve. Billing starts the day after you approve. Each completed attempt gives you 14 days to review. You may try as many times as you want. A retry wipes imported data and starts you on a clean slate. Nothing is billed on a retry. If you say yes, we email you a link to the migration chat.
