Privacy Policy
We do not share your information with anyone. Period. We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not trade it. We do not hand it to advertisers, data brokers, partners, or other customers.
What we keep
We keep what you give us so the product can run for your shop: name, user name, email, the apps you open, the files you ingest, the prompts you type, and the reports those prompts produce. Payment processors (Stripe or PayPal) see billing details when you pay. We do not store card numbers. When you send a prompt to Sera, the prompt and the records needed to answer it are processed by our AI model provider only to produce that answer.
Your business data stays yours
We never use your business records, files, prompts, reports, or customer information to train AI, build shared features, or help other customers.
Configuration patterns
To improve the defaults we suggest to similar businesses, we may use how workspaces are configured — which apps, functions, fields, terminology, and settings are turned on. This is combined across businesses, stripped of names and records, and reviewed by people before any shared default changes. It never includes your business data and never changes your own settings. This use is not active until this version completes legal review.
Security reports
If a request to Sera appears to attack the service or reach another shop’s data, it is refused and SayCompute staff receive a security report. The report keeps only metadata — time, account, where the request came from, and the classifier result — never the text you typed or your records. Reports are archived by hand and are not deleted automatically.
Who can see a shop
Your books stay on your shop. People you invite see only what you grant them. SayCompute staff do not browse customer shops for marketing or research. If we look at logs, it is to fix a break you reported.
Cookies and sign-in
We use a session cookie so you stay signed in. That is for the site, not for tracking you across the web. Google, Apple, or Microsoft see a sign-in only when you choose that button, and only for an email you already registered.
How long
Data stays while the account is open. If you close the account, sign-in stops. Records may remain on file as stated when you close. Ask if you want a copy or a deletion request.
Your asks
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what the product can delete. Use the Contact page. Say which shop and which email.
Changes
If this policy changes, the version and date above change. A change to this page, by itself, is not your agreement to a material change in how your data is used: we will email the account owner before such a change applies. The rule does not change: we do not share your information with anyone.
