Set the ceilings you approve for users, storage, and add-ons. Nothing is charged here — these limits cap what can be added so billing never surprises you. Actual billing is computed at the end of the current cycle and always runs one cycle behind.

How approved add-on pricing works

This page is where you approve the maximum add-ons your tenant may use. It is not a checkout page and it does not bill immediately. SayCompute measures actual add-on use during the current billing period, then bills eligible add-ons the following month. Your approved numbers carry forward until you change them, so you always control the ceiling before any future usage can become billable.

For POS, choose one pricing pattern: per cashier at $0.00/month or per register at $0.00/month. The two POS patterns are mutually exclusive, so selecting one clears the other.
